  Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct small-group instruction in an inclusive classroom setting for students with learning difficulties, adapting lessons to foster engagement and accessibility.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students with learning difficulties in literacy, numeracy, and core subjects up to Grade 10.
  • Adapt and modify curriculum materials to cater to a wide range of learning profiles, using evidence-based and AI-supported strategies where appropriate.
  • Design and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring goals are specific, measurable, and student-centred.
  • Deliver high-quality, inclusive instruction that meets both academic and developmental needs, empowering students to grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
  • Track student progress regularly and adjust teaching approaches as needed, maintaining accurate IEP documentation and developmental records.
  • Collaborate with allied professionals, including speech and occupational therapists, psychologists, and classroom aides for holistic student support.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, fostering trust and shared responsibility in the learning journey.
  • Promote a safe, structured, and respectful learning environment that encourages independence and celebrates every child’s unique strengths.
